Jeep Vehicle Bulb Guide
Jeep Bulb References for Barbados Drivers
Original headlamp/front-fog findings checked directly against seven NISSEI/POLARG records on 22 October 2026, across three model groups. Imported-vehicle catalogue scopes are not proof of Barbados, UK, US or every right-hand-drive application. Match original market, production period, literal chassis, body and factory lighting to the actual vehicle. This is not a confirmed shopping list or Riglow LED-conversion compatibility guide.
POLARG Headlamp and Front-Fog Findings
Cherokee, 1990–2001, literal 7MX
H4 low (12V60/55W / 0-02); separate high blank; H3※ fog (12V55W / 0-13). Preserve the exact source code rather than expand to every Cherokee or inferred XJ version. POLARG earlier Cherokee record.
Cherokee, 2001 onward, KJ37
H4 low (12V60/55W / 0-02); separate high and fog blank. Do not copy H3 fog from the earlier record. Preserve the source name rather than infer all overseas Liberty-name applications. POLARG later Cherokee record.
Grand Cherokee, 1993–1999, literal ZMX・ZY
H4 low (12V60/55W / 0-02); separate high and fog blank. Preserve printed grouped code without expanding guessed individual chassis. POLARG earlier Grand Cherokee record.
Grand Cherokee, 1999–2005, literal ZG40
H4 low (12V60/55W / 0-02); separate high and fog blank. Preserve printed ZG40 as unresolved vehicle-identification wording rather than silently substitute another chassis prefix or infer shared bulb fitment. POLARG middle-period Grand Cherokee record.
Grand Cherokee, 2005 onward, WH47
H11 low (12V55W / 0-20); HB3/9005 high (12V60W(65W) / 0-05); H10※ fog (12V42W, part blank). Keep H10 marker/rating and blank part explicit; a 9005 shopping cross-reference is not universal H10/9005 interchangeability or confirmed vehicle conversion fitment. POLARG later Grand Cherokee record.
Wrangler, 1986–1996, literal SYMX・HYMX
H4 low (12V60/55W / 0-02); separate high and fog blank. Keep literal grouped chassis rather than infer every body, market or factory assembly. POLARG earlier Wrangler record.
Wrangler, 1996–2007, TJ40
H4 low (12V60/55W / 0-02); separate high and fog blank. Preserve exact TJ40 scope rather than infer all later JK/JL, Gladiator or other unlisted applications. POLARG later Wrangler record.
Source Qualifications
Only original headlamp/front-fog positions were checked, not brake/tail, indicators, interior or other lamps. Keep all ※ markers unresolved and review original source notes and actual assemblies. Blank high/fog fields do not establish absent functions or equipment; H4 in a low field does not establish absent high beam or that every assembly accepts a removable conversion bulb. Verify the actual lamp construction and bulb markings before purchase. Preserve literal HB3 12V60W(65W) rating order and the H10 12V42W/blank-part finding.
Periods are year-only, not exact production months. Adjoining years overlap: Cherokee 2001, Grand Cherokee 1999/2005 and Wrangler 1996 require actual production/lighting identification, not registration year alone. Open-ended dates do not establish continued production, later generations or unchanged equipment. Keep literal grouped chassis and source names without inventing body/trim coverage or corrections. Shared names, regional aliases and related designs alone do not establish fitment. The current index does not establish applications for unlisted Jeep model families or newer generations.
Identify Your Jeep and Its Lighting
Right-hand drive alone does not confirm fitment. Check original regional specification, exact chassis, body, production period, trim and factory halogen/HID/LED package. Confirm existing bulb markings and socket against vehicle-specific documentation and clear photos. Do not assume other lamp positions share the headlamp technology.
Replacement and LED Conversion Checks
Confirm exact bulb type, connector, locating tabs, retention, voltage, dust-cap/cooling clearance and intended function before choosing a product. Original bulb findings do not establish Riglow conversion compatibility or beam performance. CANBUS labels do not guarantee freedom from warnings, flicker or electrical issues. Similar names or connectors are insufficient compatibility evidence; the exact LED maker must explicitly support the original type. Factory HID/LED equipment needs its own verified solution.
Ask Riglow for help with original market, model/chassis, production year, body, lighting package and clear photos of the bulb, markings and connector. Use the main bulb guide for qualified shopping references only after confirming the original type. No product is confirmed as Jeep fitment by this page.
