Automotive compatibility and installation
Customers are responsible for confirming the correct bulb size, socket type, voltage, dimensions, electrical requirements, and vehicle compatibility before ordering or installing a product.
Compatibility information is provided as a general guide and does not guarantee fitment for every vehicle, trim level, production year, electrical system, or modification. Some vehicles may require additional adapters, resistors, decoders, wiring, programming, or professional installation.
Automotive lighting products should be installed correctly and used in accordance with applicable road-safety laws. Customers are responsible for confirming whether a product is legal for their intended use or location.
Riglow Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electrical systems, unauthorized modifications, improper use, accidents, water intrusion, or failure to follow installation instructions. Professional installation is recommended when appropriate.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in Barbadian dollars (BBD) unless otherwise stated. Product prices are VAT inclusive.
Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before an order is completed. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that we have already accepted.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, and payment information. We may cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be authorized or if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, delivery restrictions, or incorrect product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order and delivery information before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been processed or dispatched.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed shipment may be charged to the customer.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.
Products that have been installed, wired, cut, modified, misused, or damaged may not qualify for return unless they were received defective or your applicable consumer rights provide otherwise.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners. References to vehicle makes and models are used only to describe compatibility and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
