Riglow™ Limited Manufacturer's Warranty
1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Most Riglow™ products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions.
If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Riglow™ may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or an equivalent item.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials
- Defective workmanship
- Electrical failure not caused by misuse or improper installation
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Products purchased at a discounted, promotional, clearance, or sale price
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Physical damage, abuse, neglect, or misuse
- Water damage resulting from improper installation or modification
- Accidents, collisions, or external causes
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Labor, installation, or removal costs
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Order number or receipt
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Product details and description of the fault

Important Notice
Riglow™ reserves the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims before approval. Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
