The Riglow™ Conpex X8 LED Headlight Kit is an aftermarket LED option for compatible headlight applications, listed as a two-bulb set. Choose the appropriate socket variant and check the exact headlight assembly before ordering.

Fitment and installation

The existing listing names 880, 9005, 9006, 9012, D2, H1, H3, H4, H7, H11 and H13 options. Check the available variant and exact connector before purchase.

D2 variant: HID ballast bypass required. Riglow confirms that the Conpex X8 D2 installation bypasses the original HID ballast; it is not a ballast-retaining replacement. Follow the supplied kit instructions and vehicle-specific procedures for the installation. The D2 variant name is the upgrade-kit designation, not a replacement for the vehicle’s original bulb designation. Confirm the exact original D-series bulb type, connector, retaining hardware, and required installation components before ordering. Qualified installation is recommended where the electrical conversion is uncertain.

A matching socket designation does not guarantee complete vehicle compatibility. Compare connectors and retainers, and check rear clearance and dust-cover fit. Additional adapters or installation work may be required; plug-and-play fitment is not guaranteed.

CANBUS and additional decoding

Listed CANBUS support does not guarantee warning-free or flicker-free operation on every vehicle. Additional decoding may be required for sensitive bulb-monitoring systems. Riglow C18, C20 or C15 options must be selected to match the vehicle, connector and LED setup. Additional decoders are sold separately and are not included in the X8 kit.
