The Riglow™ SP668E Bluetooth SPI rear-light controller with driver features red startup animation for compatible custom taillight projects. Choose the 2-output or 4-output version. This is distinct from the white-DRL headlight module.
Compatible pixel lighting
Supports WS2811 and WS2812B pixel lights, based on the product information confirmed by Riglow. Match the controller, lighting protocol, connectors and pinout before installation.
Electrical requirements
The confirmed supplied specifications list a DC 5V–24V operating range, 14mA–20mA controller working current and control of up to 600 ICs. The working-current figure is not an LED load-current rating, and the 600-IC figure is not a confirmed per-output allowance. Use a supply voltage matching the connected lights; the controller input range does not mean a 5V strip can accept 24V. Total and per-output load capacity and power-distribution requirements still need exact-version confirmation.
Factory reset
The supplied reset procedure specifies five consecutive controller power cycles: energize for 2 seconds, then disconnect power, repeating five times to restore factory settings. This removes existing settings. Perform this only through the controller’s correctly rated supply connection, following supplier and vehicle procedures. Do not repeatedly disconnect the vehicle battery or handle exposed live conductors.
Installation and functions
Bluetooth app and RF remote control are confirmed. Obtain the exact rear-light-version wiring diagram before connecting vehicle circuits. Brake, turn-signal, reverse and white DRL functions are not established by these specifications. Output count alone does not establish independent output control. Package accessories, remote inclusion and batteries, waterproofing and vehicle-specific fitment require confirmation.
